中职生坚毅品质、应对方式与心理韧性的关系 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨中等职业学校学生坚毅品质、应对方式与心理韧性的关系,本研究采用12项目坚毅量表(12-Item Grit Scale)、简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)、心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)对湖南省910位中职生进行调查。调研结果显示:中职生的坚毅水平处于中等偏下;男生的坚毅品质、心理韧性和积极应对显著高于女生;中职生的坚毅品质与心理韧性、积极应对均呈显著正相关;心理韧性在中职生坚毅品质和应对方式间存在部分中介效应。因此,中职学校可举办团体辅导和创设坚毅的文化环境,以此来增强学生的坚毅品质和心理韧性,帮助学生采用积极方式来应对负性生活事件,从而提高心理健康水平。 To explore the relationship among coping style,grit quality,resilience of secondary vocational school students,the survey from 910 students in Hunan province was conducted with the 12-Item Grit Scale,SCSQ and CD-RISC.The results show that:The level of grit quality of secondary vocational students is below average;Male students had higher than female students in term of grit quality and positive coping style;The grit quality has a significant positive correlation between resilience and positive coping style;There is a partial mediating effect between grit quality and coping style for secondary vocational students.Thus,the schools can implement group counseling and create a strong cultural environment to enhance students’grit quality and resilience,and help students cope with negative life events in positive attitude,so as to improve their mental health.
