后疫情时期高校金融专业在线教学创新探究

摘要 高校金融专业在线教学质量保障要素主要包括在线教学平台、在线教学资源、教育信息技术队伍、专业教师教育信息技术能力、学生运用教育信息技术进行学习的能力、在线教学质量监管机制。高校教师应更新教育理念,为在线教学提供教育理论支撑;加大平台建设力度,为高效在线教学提供载体保障;加大资源整合和建设力度,为高校在线教学提供充裕的素材;应提升教育信息技术能力,提高在线教学水平;加强对学生学法和在线学习技术指导,提高学习效率;加强对在线教学中学生学习情况的考核,提高教学实效;加强对在线教学质量的督导,保障教学效能。 The factors of online teaching quality guarantee for finance majors in universities and colleges mainly include the following six aspects:online teaching platform,online teaching resources,educational information technology team,educational information technology ability for professional teachers,the ability for students to use educational information technology for learning,and online teaching quality supervision mechanism.There are several of strategies to improve:updating educational concepts to provide theoretical support for online teaching;strengthening the platform construction to provide carrier guarantee for efficient online teaching;strengthening resource integration and its construction to provide abundant materials for efficient online teaching;enhancing the information technology ability and the level of online teaching for teachers;paying attention to improve the students’learning efficiency by online learning method and technology;strengthening the assessment and supervision of students in accordance with learning situation and online teaching quality to ensure improve teaching effectiveness.
