高校金融专业在线教学质量保障要素主要包括在线教学平台、在线教学资源、教育信息技术队伍、专业教师教育信息技术能力、学生运用教育信息技术进行学习的能力、在线教学质量监管机制。高校教师应更新教育理念,为在线教学提供教育理论支撑;加大平台建设力度,为高效在线教学提供载体保障;加大资源整合和建设力度,为高校在线教学提供充裕的素材;应提升教育信息技术能力,提高在线教学水平;加强对学生学法和在线学习技术指导,提高学习效率;加强对在线教学中学生学习情况的考核,提高教学实效;加强对在线教学质量的督导,保障教学效能。
