摘要
地震计是地震监测仪器的最前端设备,用于采集和记录地震波信号。随着电子技术的发展,更新换代的地震计发展方向为高灵敏度、宽频带、抗干扰、低功耗等。本文从不同机械结构和换能方式出发,重点介绍传统地震计的工作原理和各自优缺点;展望新型地震计的发展方向,分析MEMS地震计、光纤光栅地震计及电化学地震计的研究进展和应用前景,为地震监测及相关工程应用领域研究工作者提供参考。
Seismometer is the forefront of earthquake monitoring instrument applying for collecting and recording seismic signals.With the development of electronic technology,the development direction of seismometer is high sensitivity,wide band,antiinterference and low power consumption.Embarking from different mechanical structure and transduction mode,this paper introduces working principle oftraditional seismometers,as well as their advantages and disadvantages.Looking forward to the new development direction of seismometer,the research development and application prospect of seismometer MEMS seismometer,fiber Bragg grating seismometer and electrochemical seismometer are also analyzed,which provide the reference for research workers on earthquake monitoring and related engineering application field.
