我国物流行业上市公司资本结构与企业绩效关系研究

Research on the Relationship between Capital Structure and Performance of Listed Companies in China's Logistics Industry

资本结构是影响企业绩效的重要因素之一,为了解我国物流行业上市公司资本结构与企业绩效之间的关系,文章借助SPSS.23软件,对我国35家物流行业上市公司2017~2019年的相关数据进行因子分析、相关性分析和回归分析,发现我国物流行业上市公司企业绩效与资产负债率呈负相关,与流动负债比率呈正相关,与股权结构整体上呈正相关。

Capital structure is one of the important factors that affect enterprise performance.In order to understand the relationship between capital structure and enterprise performance of listed companies in China's logistics industry,this paper,with the help of SPSS.23 software,conducts factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis on the relevant data of 35 listed companies in China's logistics industry in 2017~2019,and finds that the performance and assets of listed companies in China's logistics industry are negative debt ratio is negatively correlated with current debt ratio and positively correlated with equity structure as a whole.
