摘要
“一带一路”倡议的深入落实和推进,对中国当下以及未来的物流供应链质量及效率提出了更高的要求。而物流业供应链管理文化建设对物流质量及效率的提升有着非常重要的作用。文章从物流业供应链管理文化的含义出发对其特征进行阐释,随后对物流业供应链管理文化对供应链整体运作的作用进行了分析。在此基础上文章介绍了物流业供应链管理文化建设的准则,最后针对核心物流企业和非核心物流企业在供应链管理文化建设方面的区别,分别给出物流业供应链管理文化建设路径。
The in-depth implementation of“the belt and road”strategy has put forward higher requirements on the quality and efficiency of China's current and future logistics supply chains.The construction of supply chain management culture in the logistics industry plays a very important role in improving the quality and efficiency of logistics.This article explains its characteristics from the meaning of logistics supply chain management culture,and then analyzes the role of logistics industry supply chain culture management culture in the overall operation of the supply chain.On this basis,the article introduces the guidelines for the construction of supply chain management culture in the logistics industry.Finally,according to the difference between the core logistics enterprises and non-core logistics enterprises in the construction of supply chain management culture,the logistics industry supply chain management culture construction path is given separately.
