Construction of Air Materiel Allocation Model Based on Goal Programming

文章首先通过对航材调拨流程进行了分析,结合基层任务量,现有库存等因素进行数据审核再进行年度调拨工作。对于不同基层单位对航材的需求度不同,分析出影响航材调拨的相关因素,并对基层单位申请策略进行分类,通过总申请数与仓库现有库存数的比较,将影响因素进行量化分析,设计出航材调拨流程。并构建分配满意指数模型,系统缺货指数模型与航材分配多目标优化模型。

This paper analyzes by air material transfer process,the integration of primary assignments,and other factors existing inventory data and then review the annual allocation of work.For the different needs of the grassroots units of different aircraft materials,and analyzes the factors influencing the allocation of aircraft materials,and grass-roots units to apply policies to classify and compare existing number of warehouse inventory,the total number of factors by applying quantitative analysis design sail material transfer process.Satisfaction index model and build distribution system and stock index model aircraft materials distribution multi-objective optimization model.
