基于PSPL调研法的老旧社区公共空间适老性提升研究——以苏州市滨河花园三期为例

Research on the Improvement of the Aging Adaptability of the Old Community Public Space based on PSPL Survey:Taking the Third Phase of Binhe Garden in Suzhou as an Example

随着我国人口老龄化程度的不断加深,传统老旧社区因为建造时间较早,设计标准较低,其公共空间内的适老性设计已难以满足老年居民不断增长的数量和日益丰富的生活需求。文章以滨河花园三期为例,采用PSPL调研法,对社区内4处公共空间的质量和老年人公共生活的特征进行调研分析,进而提出相应的公共空间改造策略。

With the deepening of the aging population in China,due to the early construction time and low design standards,the elderly design in the public space of traditional old communities has been unable to meet the growing number of elderly residents and their increasingly rich living needs.Taking the third phase of Binhe garden as an example,this paper adopts the PSPL survey to investigate and analyze the quality of four public Spaces in the community and the characteristics of the public life of the elderly,and then puts forward the corresponding public space transformation strategies.
