社区单元视角下的文化遗产保护研究——基于遗产价值与社区发展关系的探讨

Study on the Cultural Heritage Protection from the Perspective of Community Units:Discussion on the Relationship between Heritage Value and Community Development

文化遗产作为历史发展的时空痕迹,凝聚着人们的情感记忆。随着旧城更新等城市建设活动的大力推进,文化遗产保护不足、保护方法不当等问题越来越凸显,因此社会各界力量群体的遗产保护意识也逐渐被唤醒。文章从社区视角出发,将文化遗产保护置入社区语境进行讨论,认为社区具有较大的遗产保护潜力,可作为文化遗产保护的基本单元。同时探讨了遗产保护与社区发展的相互关系与双向实现机制,得出"社区-遗产"共同体的形成是实现公众参与遗产保护的基础以及遗产保护可持续的重要途径,为城乡文化遗产保护实践提供参考与借鉴。

As time and space trace of historical development,cultural heritage embodies people’s emotional memory.With the fast development of urban construction activities such as the renewal of old cities,problems such as insufficient protection and improper protection methods of cultural heritage have become increasingly prominent.From this the awareness of heritage protection has gradually been awakened by more and more people.From the perspective of the community,this paper puts the protection of cultural heritage into the context of the community to discuss and believes that the community has greater potential for heritage protection,so it can be the basic unit of cultural heritage protection.Besides,the mutual relationship between heritage protection and community development is also discussed from this paper.It concludes that the formation of the"community-heritage"community is the basis of achieving public participation,and it is also an important way to lead to the sustainable heritage protection.It can provide reference and reference for the urban and rural cultural heritage protection practice.
