摘要
针对实验室复杂表型厘米尺度零件以及植物表型参数分析的需求,开发了桌面式点云扫描方案。设计包括:基于数字光处理(DLP)、旋转平台、USB相机设计的自动化多视角扫描平台;基于PCL和OpenCV开发的点云拼接软件。实现了点云自动扫描和拼接。单次扫描时间45 s,物体旋转1周点云扫描次数可任意选择,点云的测量误差小于0.2 mm,点云的配准误差小于0.2 mm。该桌面扫描仪扫描速度快、成本低、精度较好,适用于复杂表型、异形零件的3D测量。
Aiming at the requirements of laboratory analysis of complex phenotype centimeter scale parts and plant phenotypic parameter analysis,a desktop point cloud scanning scheme is developed.The design includes an automatic multi-view scanning platform based on DLP,rotary platform,and USB camera design;and point cloud stitching software is developed based on PCL and OpenCV.It realizes automatic scanning and splicing of point cloud.The single scan time is 30 seconds,and the number of scans for one rotation of the object can be arbitrarily selected.The measurement error of the point cloud is less than 0.2 mm,and the registration error of the point cloud is less than 0.2 mm.The desktop scanner has fast scanning speed,low cost and good accuracy,and is suitable for 3D measurement of complex phenotypes and special-shaped parts.At present,this instrument has been used to scan different kinds of objects,which has provided effective assistance for laboratory research.
