摘要
为实现CRH3型动/拖转向架的虚拟检修,以CRH3型动/拖转向架为研究对象,利用跨平台引擎Unity3D研发CRH3型动/拖转向架检修作业指导系统。采用Unity3D内置的DoTween插件Particle System实现转向架拆装与检修的特效模拟功能,应用SQL Server数据库管理检修步骤与数据传输,使用NGUI与UGUI开发人机交互环境,借助Maya、Pro/E、Photoshop搭建场景模型及完成模型渲染。实际运行结果表明:在满足对CRH3型动/拖转向架检修作业指导的同时,系统也实现了对CRH3型动/拖转向架的结构认知、虚拟拆装训练等功能,极大地提升了用户的学习效率,对探索3D虚拟技术在工业中的应用具有一定的借鉴作用。
In order to realize virtual maintenance of CRH3 type power/towing bogie,CRH3 type power/towing bogie was taken as the research object,and cross-platform engine Unity3D was used to develop the maintenance operation guidance system.It adopts the built-in DoTween plug-in of Unity3D and Particle system to realize the special effect simulation function of bogie disassembly and maintenance,applies SQL Server database to manage maintenance steps and data transmission,uses NGUI and UGUI to develop human-computer interaction environment,and uses Maya,Pro/E and Photoshop to build scene model and complete model rendering.The actual operation results show that the system not only meets the operation guidance for the maintenance of CRH3 type power/dragging bogie,but also realizes the structure cognition of CRH3 type power/dragging bogie,virtual disassembly and training,which greatly improves the learning efficiency of users and provides certain reference for exploring the application of 3D virtual technology in industry.
