摘要 为培养学生的科研创新能力,以科研项目为基础设计了一个研究与创新实验,香豆素-苯并噻唑荧光探针的设计、合成及对亚硫酸氢根的检测。该实验通过4步合成探针分子,利用核磁共振仪及高分辨质谱确定目标分子结构,紫外-可见分光光度计和荧光光谱仪检测了目标分子对不同阴离子的响应性。结果显示,探针对HSO_3^-选择性强、灵敏度高,检测极限为0.712μmol/L。实践表明,通过该实验,学生了解了香豆素衍生物荧光探针这一科研前沿领域,激发了学生的科研兴趣,拓展了学生的创新思维;另外,该实验综合了有机化学、仪器分析和应用波谱学等领域的知识,提高学生实验操作技能的同时加强了理论知识的再认识。 In order to cultivate students’ scientific research and innovation ability,a new rescearch and innovation experiment named "Design and synthesis of fluorescent probe forthe detection of hydrogen sulfite based coumarinbenzothiazole and its application’is designed on the basis of the scientific research project. The experiment includes the synthesis of the probe molecule through four steps,NMR determination probe molecular structure,and the detection of different anions by UV-Vis spectrometer and Fluorescence spectrometer. The results showed that the probe was highly selective and sensitive to HSO3-with a detection limit of 0. 712 μmol/L. The practice shows that through this experiment,students can understand the research frontier field of coumarin derivative fluorescence probe,which can enable stimulate students’ learning interests,inspire their creative thinking ability. Furthermore,the experiment involves the knowledge of organic chemistry,instrumental analysis and applied spectroscopy,which can be used to improve students’ experimental skills,innovative and comprehensive abilities.
