摘要 结合公差与技术测量实验教学存在的问题,设计出创新性实验教学项目——智能与相关软件测量实验。光学精密仪器光切显微镜测量表面粗糙度Rz,显微镜下以光带形式呈现,导致难以清晰观察同侧波峰波谷的状态,测量值受测量者主观影响,所得粗糙度值远远偏离真值。由于手机图像稳定、清晰,且学生人手都有,故探索利用手机为媒介,以手机摄像功能为基本工具,用手机镜头代替人眼在目镜视场探视图像,适时抓拍理想视图。实践表明,该措施的实施可深度挖掘所学知识,培养学生用综合知识解决问题能力。在创新实验教学过程中,实验氛围活跃,课堂教学互动充分体现,取得良好的教学效果。以问题为导向实验项目激发了学生主动探索精神和创新意识,有利于新工科大学创新型、应用型人才培养。 Based on the problems of experiment teaching for tolerance and technology measurement,an innovative experiment teaching project,intelligent and related software measurement experiment,is designed.The surface roughness Rz measured by optical precision instrument light cutting microscope is presented in the form of light band under the microscope,which makes it difficult to clearly observe the state of the same side wave peak and valley.The measured value is subject to the subjective influence of the measurer,and the obtained roughness value is far from the true value.By taking the mobile phone lens as the medium,the learned knowledge can be excavated deeply,and it cultivates the students’ability to solve problems using integrated knowledge.In the process of innovative experimental teaching,the experimental atmosphere is active,classroom teaching interaction is fully reflected,and good teaching results are achieved.The problem-oriented experiment project stimulates the students^initiative exploration spirit and innovation consciousness.It is conducive to the cultivation of innovative and applied talents in new engineering university.
