摘要
视障生由于视力障碍往往比健全学生显得自卑与焦虑,在与他人相处过程中常表现为敏感、多疑、不自信。为改善视障生的心理行为,选取38名特殊教育职业学院视障学生作为被试对象,设计了为期2个月的音乐团体活动实验研究。选用SCL-90症状自评量表、SAS焦虑自评量表、SDS抑郁自评量表对被试对象进行测评。对实验数据分析结果显示,通过音乐团体活动,视障生的心理健康总体水平有着显著提高,对视障生焦虑、抑郁程度的减轻有着显著效果。实验表明,适宜的音乐团体活动有利于提高视障生心理健康总体水平,有助于缓解视障生焦虑、抑郁状况,能提升视障生的社会交往能力,对视障生的学习、生活具有积极意义。
Compared with physically healthy students,students with visual impairment experience more inferiority and anxiety when communicating with others.They are more sensitive,suspicious and self-abased.Aiming to improve the mental behavior of visually impaired students,this study selected 38 visually impaired students from vocational college of special education in Z province as objects,designed an experimental study of group musical activities lasting for two months,and assessed the objects with SCL-90(Symptom Checklist),SAS(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale),SDS(Self-Rating Depression Scale).The result shows that through group musical activities,the mental health of the visually impaired students has been greatly improved,at the meanwhile the degree of anxiety and depression has been greatly lowered.The study indicates that proper group musical activities contribute to improve the overall mental health and relieve the anxiety and depression of the visually impaired students.They can also enhance the social acceptability of the visually impaired students,which may eventually make a positive impact on the study and life of the visually impaired students.
