摘要
为探索分段螺旋式全混合日粮搅拌机不同搅龙结构形式影响下的装置混合性能,以混合均匀度和转矩为指标,利用离散元法对分段螺旋叶片轴向对称排布和中心对称排布的两种搅龙混合过程进行了数值模拟研究。结果表明,分段螺旋式全混合日粮搅拌机的混合过程中,前期主要是剪切混合和扩散混合,后期主要是对流混合,轴向对称搅龙使物料汇聚在中部,中心对称搅龙可以使物料进行整体轴向平移;两种搅龙混合效率基本一致,但中心对称搅龙相较于轴向对称搅龙转矩峰值降低37.94%,转矩平均值降低41.38%,四分位距减小76.89%。对结果进行分析可以看出采用中心对称结构可以显著降低工作峰值转矩,降低作业能耗,提升装置运行平稳性。
In order to explore the mixed performance of the sectional spiral full-mix ration mixer by the influence of different auger structure types in the sectional spiral full-mix ration mixer.The dis⁃crete element method was used to numerically study the mixing process of the two type augers in the axially symmetrical arrangement and the centrally symmetrical arrangement of the segmented spiral blades.The results showed that in the early stage,shear mixing and diffusion mixing were dominant,and in the later stage,convection mixing wa dominant;The material was clamped and transported in the middle of the axially symmetric auger,The overall axial displacement of the material was driven by the central symmetric auger.The mixing efficiency of the two types of augers are efficient equiva⁃lent nearly,but the maximum torque of the central symmetric auger was 37.94%lower than that of the axial symmetric auger,the average torque reduced 41.38%,the interquartile range reduced 76.89%.Analysis of the results shows that the style of a centrally symmetric structure can significantly reduce the maximum working torque,reduced energy consumption,improved operational reliability.Our study can provide methods and ideas for the design of new total mixed ration agitator.
