基于农民合作社视角的科技支撑乡村振兴发展路径与对策研究

Research on the Path and Countermeasures of Science and Technology Supporting Rural Revitalization and Development Based on the Perspective of Farmers′Cooperatives

推动乡村全面振兴,实现农业强、农村美、农民富,为农业农村科技发展赋予了新的历史使命。文章以科技支撑乡村振兴为视角,分析了农民合作社在推动乡村振兴中的功能,如创造农业科技需求、整合农业科技资源、促进科技成果转化、参与农业科技创新、推动乡村绿色发展、助推科技精准脱贫等,并提出了发展合作联社、汇聚科技力量,提高科技含量、加强成果转化,加强人才培养、支撑乡村振兴等农民合作社科技支撑乡村振兴的发展路径与对策,以期进一步发挥农民合作社兴农、强农的作用,以科技力量助推乡村振兴战略的实施。

To promote the overall revitalization of the rural areas and realize the strong agriculture,the beautiful countryside and the rich farmers have given a new historical mission to the development of agricultural and rural science and technology.From the perspective of science and technology supporting rural revitalization,functions of farmers′cooperatives in promoting rural revitalization were analyzed in the paper,such as creating agricultural science and technology demand,integrating agricultural science and technology resources,promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,participating in agricultural science and technology innovation,promoting rural green development,and boosting science and technology precise poverty alleviation.In order to further play the role of farmers′cooperatives in promoting and strengthening agriculture,and to boost the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization with science and technology,developing path and countermeasures were put forward,such as developing combined farmers′cooperatives,gathering scientific power,raising scientific content,strengthening achievements transformation and personnel training,and supporting rural revitalization.
