2015年营口市居民恶性肿瘤死亡状况分析

摘要 目的:对2015年营口市居民恶性肿瘤死亡状况进行分析,为确定营口市恶性肿瘤控制预防行动的重点奠定了基础。方法:将2015年恶性肿瘤病例信息按国际疾病分类规则(ICD-10)对死亡原因按标化人口,计算年龄别、性别不同肿瘤死亡率、截缩率和累积率等。结果:2015年城市恶性肿瘤死亡报告955例(男553例,女402例),男性占总死亡数的57.91%,女性占总死亡数的42.09%。恶性肿瘤死亡率除女性特有的恶性肿瘤(卵巢癌、宫颈癌)及乳腺癌、结肠癌、胰腺癌外,男性死亡率均高于女性,二者之比为1.42∶1。死亡率男性从30~34岁、女性从25~29岁开始随着年龄的增长而增高,居恶性肿瘤死亡率前5位的死因依次为肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、结肠癌、胰腺癌。结论:肺癌已成为营口市居民恶性肿瘤死亡的首要病因,应对其针对性开展防治工作。 Objective:To analyze the death status of malignant tumor in Yingkou city in 2015,and to lay a foundation for determining the key points of malignant tumor control and prevention actions in Yingkou.Method:According to the International Classification of Diseases(ICD-10),malignant tumor case information in 2015 was used to standardize the cause of death among the population,and tumor mortality,truncation rate and accumulation rate were calculated by age and gender.Results:In 2015,955 malignant tumor deaths(553 males and 402 females)were reported in the city,57.91%of the total deaths were males and 42.09%were females.The mortality of malignant tumors was higher in males than in females,except for ovarian cancer,cervical cancer,breast cancer,colon cancer and pancreatic cancer,with a ratio of 1.42∶1.The mortality increased with age from 30 to 34 years old for males and 25 to 29 years old for females.The top 5 causes of death for malignant tumors were lung cancer,stomach cancer,liver cancer,colon cancer and pancreatic cancer,respectively.Conclusion:Lung cancer has become the primary cause of malignant tumor death in Yingkou city.
