摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS)是一种导致女性不孕的常见原因,以排卵功能紊乱或丧失为特点,对女性患者身心造成不良影响。因其多系统功能紊乱导致内分泌功能失调,单一用药效果不佳。来曲唑(letrozole,LE)是第三代芳香化酶抑制剂,可改善体内激素代谢,显著降低雌激素水平,并且可降低卵巢过度刺激的发生,在治疗PCOS不孕症方面具有较大潜力。本文综述了LE治疗PCOS患者的研究进展。
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a leading cause of infertility in women and is characterized by the presence of polycystic ovaries,ovulation dysfunction and infertility.Due to the dysfunction of multiple systems,the effect of single drug is not good.Letrozole(LE)is a third-generation aromatase inhibitor that can improve hormone metabolism,significantly reduce estrogen levels,and reduce the occurrence of ovarian hyperstimulation.It has great potential in the treatment of PCOS.This article reviews the progress of LE in the treatment of infertility patients with PCOS.
