摘要
以胎菊为原料提取胎菊多酚,并评估胎菊多酚的抗氧化活性和抑菌能力。抗氧化试验表明,质量浓度0.5 mg/mL的胎菊多酚对羟基自由基(·OH)、超氧阴离子(O2-·)和1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH·)的清除率分别为26.42%,23.08%,97.49%。胎菊多酚对金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC13565、单增李斯特菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌和克罗诺杆菌的抑菌圈直径分别为16.6±0.18,16.5±0.20,18.8±0.21,19.2±0.17,19.1±0.18 mm。胎菊多酚对金黄色葡萄球菌和单增李斯特菌的最小抑菌质量浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌质量浓度(MBC)值分别为1.25 mg/mL和2.5 mg/mL;对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌和克罗诺杆菌的MIC和MBC分别为0.625 mg/mL和1.25 mg/mL。由此可见,胎菊多酚具有较好的抗氧化和抑菌活性。
Chrysanthemum morifolium polyphenols were extracted from Chrysanthemum morifolium,and their antioxidant and antibacterial activities were evaluated.Antioxidant experiments showed that the scavenging rates of 0.5 mg/mL Chrysanthemum morifolium polyphenols on hydroxyl radical(·OH),superoxide anion(O2-·)and 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine(DPPH·)were 26.42%,23.08%,97.49%,respectively.The antibacterial activity test showed that the determination of inhibitory zone diameters of Chrysanthemum morifolium polyphenols against Staphylococcus aureus,Listeria monocytogenes,Salmonella typhimurium,Escherichia coli and Cronobacter were 16.6±0.18,16.5±0.20,18.8±0.21,19.2±0.17,19.1±0.18 mm respectively.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)values of Chrysanthemum morifolium against L.monocytogenes and S.aureus were 1.25 mg/mL and 2.5 mg/mL,respectively.MIC values for S.typhimurium,E.coli and Cronobacter was 0.625 mg/mL and MBC values was 1.25 mg/mL.Our findings revealed that Chrysanthemum morifolium had good antioxidant and antibacterial activities.
