乳粉中沙门氏菌检测能力验证结果分析 被引量:4

摘要 通过参加沙门氏菌检测能力验证,提高检验员沙门氏菌检验水平。按照作业指导书与《GB 4789.4—2016食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验沙门氏菌检验》标准对乳粉能力验证样品进行检测。盲样的菌落特征与沙门氏菌典型特征相符,生化试验、血清学鉴定结果一致,样品中检测出沙门氏菌。乳粉能力验证样品结果与指定结果一致,能力验证获得满意结果。 Through participating in proficiency testing on Salmonella detection,to strengthen the detection capability and improve the level of inspectors in Salmonella detection.The laboratory detected milk powder samples according to the testing structure and《GB 4789.4—2016 National food safety standard food microbiological examination:Salmonella》.The colony characteristics of the blind samples were consistent with the typical characteristics of Salmonella,and the results of biochemical tests and serological identification were consistent,therefore Salmonella were detected in the sample.The milk powder proficiency test sample results were consistent with the specified results,and the proficiency test obtained satisfactory results.
