中国纺织服装企业供应链管理优化探究

Research on Supply Chain Management Optimization of Chinese Textile and Garment Enterprises

通过对我国纺织服装企业供应链管理模式的探究,对国内纺织服装企业供应链管理模式提出优化建议:提升企业供应链管理理念,引进管理人才;建立供应商准入评估体系;强化供应链信息系统建设;采用科学库存管理模式。希望通过优化供应链管理模式,降低企业成本、增加客户满意度,加大企业上下游供应商之间合作推进纺织服装企业发展。

By exploring the supply chain management mode of textile and apparel enterprises in China,this paper puts forward suggestions for optimizing the supply chain management model of domestic textile and garment enterprises.The concept of enterprise supply chain management should be promoted and management talents should be introduced.The supplier access evaluation system should be established.Supply chain information system construction should be strengthened.And the scientific inventory management model should be adopted.It is hoped that the development of textile and garment enterprises can be promoted by optimizing supply chain management mode,reducing enterprise cost,increasing customer satisfaction and increasing cooperation between upstream and downstream suppliers.
