On Coping Ability of Railway Police Agency inPublic Health Emergency——Case Study of Nanjing Railway Public Security Division against Covid-19

在应对新冠肺炎疫情的过程中,南京铁路公安处采取了建立健全高效应急指挥体系、路地协作筑牢防线、数据支撑精准研判、应急保障全力开启等措施,取得了积极的防控疫情成效,但也暴露出一些短板,应尽快完善应急处置体制机制建设,提升应急处置防范水平,突出科技信息支撑的保障作用,提前布局应对疫情次生风险,全力提升铁路公安机关应对突发公共卫生事件的能力。

In coping with the covid-19 pandemic, Nanjing Railway Public Security Divisionestablishesand perfects the efficient incident command system, the coordination with local administration, the precise data-based analysis and emergency support measures, which gains effective results and uncovers some problems. Therefore, the coping abilities of the railway police force against public health emergency should be enhanced by the practice including the construction of emergency responsemechanism, countermeasures and prevention, the science and informationsupport and the precautions against secondary risks.
