庄礼兴教授分期治疗带状疱疹临床经验探析

This article introduces the train of thought and experience of Professor ZHUANG Lixing in treating herpes zoster.Through learning from teachers and collecting the case data of Professor ZHUANG Lixing in treating herpes zoster in the past 10 years,this paper explores the diagnosis and treatment ideas of treating herpes zoster by stages with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and the prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine,summarizes Professor ZHUANG Lixing’s experience in treating herpes zoster by combining acupuncture and medicine,and gives an example to prove it.Professor ZHUANG Lixing believes that the treatment of herpes zoster should be carried out in stages.In the early stage of rash,attention should be paid to dispelling wind and relieving pain;in the stage of rash,attention should be paid to clearing away heat,promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals;in the later stage of rash,emphasis should be placed on eliminating pathogenic factors and resolving depression,attention should be paid to the application of Chaihu Preseription,and emotion should be regulated by coordination with mind-regulating acupuncture therapy.The case cited is that an elderly patient with herpes zoster recovered and did not recur under the treatment of acupuncture combined with medicine,which fully confirms Professor ZHUANG Lixing’s experience and methods.Professor ZHUANG Lixing’s treatment of herpes zoster with acupuncture combined with medicine,differentiation of symptoms and signs by stages,supplemented by mind-regulating acupuncture therapy has a remarkable effect and is worthy of study and promotion.
