宁夏全面深入持久开展民族团结进步创建工作研究

The Study of Comprehensively Conducting In-Depth and Sustainable Development on the Unity of National Ethnic in Ningxia

改革开放以来,宁夏的民族团结进步创建工作在体制机制保障、宣传教育、创建行动等方面已取得显著成效。然而,对标全面深入持久开展民族团结进步创建工作的新要求,特别是习近平总书记2020年视察宁夏重要讲话精神中关于民族团结工作的新要求,宁夏在民族团结进步创建工作方面仍存在体制机制不健全、载体方式不适应、一些地方和部门思想不够重视、责任落实不够到位、工作措施不够精准等短板和不足。宁夏要不断完善民族团结进步创建的体制机制和工作措施,创新创建载体与方式,着力推动创建工作法治化、精准化、常态化。

Since reform and opening-up started,Ningxia has gained significant achievements in promoting ethnic unity in terms of systems and mechanisms,publicity and education,actions and so on.However,compared to the new requirements to promote ethnic unity in a comprehensive,in-depth and sustainable way,especially to meet the new requirements of ethnic unity given by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his tour to Ningxia in 2020,the promotion of ethnic unity in Ningxia still has many weaknesses and problems,such as imperfect systems and mechanisms,maladjustment of carriers and methods,inadequate attention in some districts and departments,unfulfilled of responsibility and inaccurate measures.Therefore Ningxia has to make more efforts to improve the systems and mechanisms,take specific measures to promote ethic unity,particularly in the innovation of carriers,making sure that the promotion work are conducted under the rule of the law,in a targeted way and on a regular basis.
