The Track of Legal Construction of Socialism with Chinese haracteristics:From Text Creation to Comprehensively Advancing the Rule of Law

新中国成立以来,我们进行了长达几十年的法治道路探索,在这个探索中我们实现了从法律虚无主义到重视法律制度建设的转变,实现了由“法制国家”的静态法制到“法治国家”的动态法治的转变,实现了从法治主要是治民到法治的核心是对公权力的制约的转变。如今,我们党不仅提出全面依法治国,而且明晰建设中国特色社会主义法治体系、建设社会主义法治国家是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的内在要求,全面依法治国已然在中国特色社会主义建设中发挥着引领性、支撑性和基础性的作用,法治已经成为我国治国理政的基本方式。

Since the founding of People’s Republic of China,in the long exploration of the rule of law,our country has transformed from legal nihilism to attaching importance to the construction of legal system,from the static legal system of“legal state”to the dynamic“rule of law state”,and from the rule of law from focusing on people to focusing on the restriction of public power.Today,our party has not only puts forward the idea of comprehensively advancing the rule of law,but also has clarified the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law is the inherent requirement of insisting and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.Comprehensively advancing the rule of law has already played a leading,supporting and fundamental role in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the rule of law has already become the basic methodin governing our country.
