2019年泰安市蔬菜农药残留状况调查

Survey on pesticide residues of vegetables,Tai'an city,2019

目的了解泰安市蔬菜中农药残留情况,分析其污染水平,为标准制修订及加强监管提供科学依据。方法在全市6个县(市、区)的超市、农贸市场等环节采集蔬菜样品,进行有机磷类、拟除虫菊酯类、氨基甲酸酯类共29种农药残留的检测。结果2019年共检测蔬菜样品120份,检出农药残留样品46份,总检出率为38.33%;其中12份样品超标,总超标率为10.00%。有机磷类、氨基甲酸酯类农药超标率较高,分别为6.67%、3.33%;块根块茎类超标率最高(15.00%),其次为叶菜类和鲜豆类(10.00%)(P>0.01)。结论2019年泰安市蔬菜存在不同程度的农药残留污染。

Objective To understand the pesticide residue of selling vegetables in Tai'an city,and analyze its pollution level,so as to provide a scientific basis for the development and revision of standards and strengthening supervision.Methods Vegetable samples were collected from supermarkets,agricultural markets and other circulation links of 6counties and cities in the city to detect 29pesticide residues,including organophosphorus,pyrethroid and carbamate.Results In 2019,a total of 120vegetable samples were detected,46pesticide residue samples were found,with a total detection rate of 38.33%;among them,12samples exceeded the standard,with a total exceeding rate of 10.00%.In terms of the indicators,organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides exceeded the standard by 6.67%and 3.33%respectively;in terms of vegetable varieties,tubers and tubers exceeded the standard by 15.00%,followed by leafy vegetables and fresh beans by 10.00%(P>0.01).Conclusion There are different degrees of pesticide residue pollution in the commercial vegetables in Tai'an in 2019.
