深层页岩气田液体堵塞器的研制与应用

摘要 液体堵塞器由基液和交联液两部分组成,能利用胶体自身强度及胶体与井壁的黏结力在井筒中形成一定的抗压差性能,从而起到封隔地层压力的作用。在实验室进行性能测试,确定其适用环境、泵入性、成胶时间等,在XX井进行现场应用,效果良好,为后续推广应用奠定基础。 The liquid plug is composed of two parts,the base liquid and the cross-linker,and can present the pressure difference resistance property in the wellbore by the strength of the colloid and the bonding force between the colloid and the wellbore wall,thus acting as the sealing pressure.The performance test was carried out in the laboratory to determine its applicable environment,pumping-in ability,gelatinizing time,etc.,and the field application in Well XX has a good effect,which lays the foundation for the subsequent popularization and application.
