高校辅导员思想政治教育工作的研究——以新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导

Study on Political and Ideological Education of University Counselors-Guided by the Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era

从高校辅导员工作中思想政治教育的比重不足、辅导员自身思想政治理论水平有待提高、思想政治教育的内容和途径亟待拓展的现状出发,分析了在高校辅导员的思想政治教育工作中引入习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的必要性,提出应通过加强学校层面统筹部署、辅导员自身加强理论学习和实践、探寻思想政治教育的方式方法让学生对习近平总书记赋予的关于新时代中国特色社会主义思想有更深刻的认知,培养政治立场坚定的合格的大学生,为祖国的繁荣富强和国家的兴盛输送优秀的人才。

Based on the current situation of inadequate ideological and political education in the work of college counselors,the level of ideological and political theory needs to be improved,and the content and methods of ideological and political education urgently need to be expanded.This paper analyzes the necessity of incorporating Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era into the ideological and political education of college counselors and proposes that through strengthening school-level overall deployment of counselors to strengthen theoretical learning and practice,and exploring ways of ideological education,students should have a deeper understanding of Xi Jinpings new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,so as to cultivate qualified college students with a firm political stance,and deliver excellent talents for the prosperity of the motherland and the country.
