摘要
随着油田企业内控管理的不断深化,内控工作取了一定的成效,但还存在责任落实不到位、检查和考核手段不完善等问题,需要进一步健全内控管理体系,全面落实管控措施,堵塞管理漏洞,推动风险管理动态化、内部控制常态化,促进企业内控管理水平提升。
Internal control is a complex system engineering,running through each link of the enterprise management and taking a very important position in the enterprise daily management and business.With deepening internal control management in oilfield enterprises,internal control work achieves a certain effect,but there are some problems such as unfulfilled responsibility implementation and incomplete inspection and examination means.Therefore,it needs to further improve the internal control management system,fully implement control measures,plug up loopholes in management rules and promote dynamic risk control and normal internal control to improve the level of enterprise internal control management.
