关于治理基层“微腐败”的几点思考

Reflections on the Control of “Petty Corruption”at the Grass-Roots Level

通过调研分析“微腐败”的表现形式和形成原因,结合国有企业和石油行业特点,基层单位开展“微腐败”专项治理工作应该重点把好四个“关口”:夯实“责任关”推动管党治党压力有效传导、筑牢“廉洁关”加强基层党风廉政建设、盯牢“监督关”确保权力运行高效规范、把严“执纪关”始终保持惩腐高压态势。

Through the investigation and analysis of the expressions and causes of"petty corruption",combined with the characteristics of state-owned enterprises and oil industry,the grass—roots organizations should focus on four"links":consolidating the"responsibility link"to promote the effective transmission of pressure from the governance of the Party to administration of the Party,and building the"incorruption link"to strengthen the construction of the Party conduct and of an honest and clean government at the grass-roots level,keeping an eye on the"supervision link"to ensure the efficient operation of power and enforcing vigorously u strict discipline link**to maintain a tough position in cracking down on corruption.
