摘要
采用中国综合社会调查(CGSS)数据,运用Logit模型对劳动力就业概率进行估计,并利用双重差分模型分析最低工资政策对低收入群体就业的影响,进一步分地区考察异质性表现。研究发现,最低工资标准提高使得低收入群体的总体就业概率提高了1.8%。其中,西部地区低收入群体的就业概率提高了2.9%;中部地区低收入群体的就业概率提高了1.7%;东部地区低收入群体的就业概率无显著影响。因此,最低工资标准的调整和实施应充分考虑地区之间的差异。
Based on the data of Chinese General Social Survey(CGSS),this paper applied the Logit model to estimate the employment probability of labor force,and used the Differences-in-Differences model to analyze the effect of minimum wage policy on the employment of low-income group,then regionally investigated the heterogeneous performance. The study found that,higher minimum wage standards had increased the overall employment probability of low-income group by 1.8%. The amout of the increasing probability in western region was 2.9%,and that in central region was 1.7%,while higher minimum wage standards had no obvious effect in eastern region. Therefore,the adjustment and implementation of minimum wage standards should fully consider regional differences.
