互联网普及、知识溢出与空间经济集聚——理论机制与实证检验 被引量:41

Internet Popularization,Knowledge Spillover and Spatial Economic Agglomeration——Theoretical Mechanism and Empirical Test

摘要 首先,以知识溢出的全域性和局域性为切入点,分析了互联网普及对形式知识和暗默知识溢出的影响,阐明了互联网普及影响空间经济集聚的理论机制。随后,用EG指数和AGC指数度量了各省经济空间集聚程度,以我国23个省份2001—2016年的面板数据构建了动态面板计量模型,借助差分和系统GMM方法对提出的理论假说进行了实证分析和稳健性检验。结果表明,互联网普及促进了我国空间经济集聚。创新水平越高,互联网普及对经济集聚的促进作用越大。最后,结合理论分析与SECI知识螺旋演进模型,分别概括了互联网数字化革命和空间集聚在知识传播上的力量与限制。 At first,the paper selected the angles of the omnitude and locality of knowledge spillover,analyzed how internet popularization had affected the spillover of formal knowledge and tacit knowledge,and explained the theoretical mechanism of internet popularization affecting spatial economic agglomeration.Then the paper measured the provincial economic agglomeration degree by introducing EG index and AGC index.We constructed the dynamic panel measurement model based on the panel data of 23 provinces in China from 2001 to 2016,and used the methods of differential GMM and systematic GMM to make an empirical analysis and robustness test on the theoretical hypothesis.The empirical results showed that internet popularization had promoted China’s spatial economic agglomeration.Besides,higher innovation level had motivated the greater promoting effect of internet popularization.Finally,the paper integrated the theoretical analysis and SECI knowledge spiral evolution model,and separately concluded the advantages and disadvantages of internet digital revolution and spatial agglomeration on knowledge dissemination.
