摘要
从理论上建立了高技术产业创新速度的作用机制框架,提出了六个假设,并通过面板数据模型、分位数回归和贝叶斯向量自回归模型进行了检验。研究发现:创新速度对创新成果的直接作用机制显著,但对企业研发经费、财政科技经费、研发劳动力的间接作用机制不显著;创新速度与创新成果之间呈非线性关系;高技术产业创新速度已趋近饱和状态,亟需提高创新质量;创新成果与研发劳动力对创新速度反馈效果较好;财政科技经费的绩效较低。
The paper theoretically established the influence mechanism framework of the innovation speed in high-tech industry,and put forward six hypotheses. Then we made the test through applying panel data model,quantile regression and Bayesian vector autoregressive model. The results showed that,innovation speed had a significant direct effect on innovation achievements,while it had an insignificant indirect effect on R&D expenditure,financial technology investment and R&D labor force. And there was a non-linear relationship between innovation speed and innovation achievements. Furthermore,the innovation speed in high-tech industry had reached a saturation state,so it was urgent to improve the quality of innovation. Meanwhile,innovation achievements and R&D labor force had a better feedback effect on innovation speed. Finally,the performance of financial technology investment was relatively lower.
