The Analysis for Shandong Province’s Powerful Higher Education Construction from the Perspective of New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion

高等教育作为新旧动能转型升级的赋能智库,其核心是建设优势特色专业群,促进科技创新、专业集聚,培养以新旧动能转换“四新”要求的复合应用型人才,从而实现教育的精准对接。其策略应从“双一流”战略需求和省内“十强”产业布局出发,实现高校从“单打独斗”走向“联盟共享”,构建具有“针对性”的人才支撑体系,为实施新旧动能转换重大工程提供强有力的智力支撑。

As an enabling think tank for the transformation and upgrading of new and old kinetic energy,the core of higher education is to build an advantageous specialty group,to promote scientific and technological innovation and professional clustering,and to create a composite application-oriented talent with the requirements of the “four new”so as to provide accurate docking of education for the major projects focusing on the kinetic energy transformation.To provide strong intellectual support for the implementation of the new and old kinetic energy conversion major projects,the construction strategies of powerful higher education should be based on“double first-class”strategic demand and“top ten”industrial layout,construct a targeted talents support system,and realize the universities transform from“solitary”to “alliance sharing”.
