摘要
师范生实践教学质量的高低直接决定着师范生培养质量的高低,当前“四位一体”实践教学体系和协同创新的人才培养模式对师范生的培养发挥着重要的作用。如何利用协同创新的理论指导“四位一体”师范生教育实践教学体系发挥最大价值,是师范生实践教学质量提高的一种重要思路。由知识化的沟通过程、资源化的协调过程、行为化的合作过程和价值化的协同过程构成的协同创新的宏观操作,对“四位一体”师范生实践教学体系效能的发挥和高素质专业化创新型师范生培养质量的提升具有重要意义和作用。
The quality of practice teaching of normal university students directly determines the quality of training of normal university students.The current“four-in-one”practice teaching system and the collaborative innovation talent training model play an important role in the training of normal university students.How to use the theory of collaborative innovation to guide the“four-in-one”teaching practice system of normal university students to exert the maximum value is an important way to improve the quality of practice teaching of normal university students.The macro operation of collaborative innovation,which is composed of knowledge-oriented communication process,resource-oriented coordination process,behavior-based cooperation process and value-oriented collaborative process,is of great significance and function to the performance of the“four-in-one”practice teaching system for normal university students and the improvement of the training quality of high-quality,specialized and innovative normal university students.
