油液及振动监测在机泵群轴承早期故障预警中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 通过对催化裂化装置机泵群的润滑油进行监测,发现油浆泵轴承润滑油中金属颗粒指标异常,且颗粒表面有异常发蓝现象;通过油液监测诊断数据的趋势对比,结合轴承的振动状态监测图谱,实现了高温泵轴承的滚珠体早期故障预警。通过拆检和维修更换等,及时消除设备缺陷,保证了油浆泵与石化装置的健康运行。润滑可靠性监测预警与振动监测能快速、准确地实现隐患预警,为设备的视情维护提供依据。 Abnormal metal particle index was found in the lubricating oil of the slurry oil pump bearing by monitoring the lubricating oil of the pump group in the catalytic cracking unit,and the bluish phenomenon was found on particle surface.Through the comparison of the trend of oil monitoring and diagnosis,and combined with the monitoring map data of vibration testing of bearing,the early fault warning of high temperature pump bearing was realized.The equipment defects were eliminated in time by the maintenance and element replacement to ensure the healthy of the oil slurry pump and petrochemical equipment.The lubrication reliability monitoring and vibration testing can realize the early warning of slurry pump more quickly and accurately,and provide the basis for the condition based maintenance of the device.
