摘要
敞口集装箱船的大型化发展对集装箱的系固有很高的要求,目前敞口集装箱船舱内的箱位一般设计为20英尺和40英尺混装的箱位,在装载集装箱时会用到横向支撑和横向连接件,用以提高堆重,船型越大,用到的系固件就越多,下舱作业时间就越长。为节约码头操作时间和成本,采用一种新型系固件与导轨配合使用,无需码头工人下舱操作,能有效地节约码头作业时间,提高装卸效率,并减少舱内系固件的使用。此外,通过对舱口一层的系固进行优化处理,有效减小型深、降低空船重量,提高载重量,从而提高船舶的经济性。
On account of development of large-scale hatchless container ship for higher distribution speed in Yangshan port, higher standard lashing arrangement is required. Current holds are normally designed for 20/40 feet mixed loading with horizontal support devices and fittings to fasten the piled containers. The bigger the ship, the more securing devices are used, and the more in-hold working time will take. The new type of securing device together with guide rails allows the operation to be performed outside the cargo hold in shorter time. Moreover, it needs less securing devices. All these lead to higher efficiency and lower costs. In addition, a special securing way is designed for the containers put at hatch lever, which allows smaller molded depth and lightweight of the ship, meaning higher deadweight and better economy of the ship.
