奥美沙坦中间体的合成工艺改进

Improved Synthesis of Intermediates of Olmesartan

摘要 本文对奥美沙坦中间体单酯的工艺进行了改进,以酒石酸为原料,经硝化、环合、酯化、格式反应得到单酯化合物,结果表明,采用新工艺能有效提高产品的收率及质量,降低原料成本和减少环境污染。 Described an improvement on the synthesis of monoester of the Olmesartan.Using tartaric acid as raw materials via nitration、cyclization、esterifeation、Grignanl reaction,the monoester was prepared.The results shows that the new process not only can effectively improve the product yield and quality,but also lower the cost and reduce the pollution of the environment.
