摘要
测定两种鲁西地产药材(丹参和栝楼)中5种常规重金属(Pb、Cu、Cd、As、Hg)的转移率。根据元素的不同,使用相应的方法来检测两种药材以及他们的水提取液和醇提取液中重金属的含量,并计算转移率。水提和醇提可以显著降低丹参和栝楼中重金属的含量,可尝试将以上两种药材水提或者醇提后入药,以达到将药材中重金属含量降低的目的。
To determine the transfer rate of five heavy metals(Pb,Cu,Cd,As,Hg)in two local traditional chinese medicines(Salvia miltiorrhiza and Trichosanthes kirilowi)inwestern part of Shandong.According to the different elements,the corresponding methods are used to detect the content of heavy metals in the two kinds of traditional chinese medicines,their water extract and alcohol extract,and calculate the heavy metal ttransfer rate.Water extraction and alcohol extraction can significantly reduce the content of heavy metals in Salvia miltiorrhiza and Trichosanthes kirilowi.The two kinds of traditional chinese medicines can be used as medicine after water extraction or alcohol extraction,so as to reduce the content of heavy metals in medicinal materials.
