摘要
以硝酸、氢氟酸、盐酸为混合试剂,微波消解法溶解样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对3种铁陨石和2种岩石的元素进行对比分析,X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)对样品中的Si等元素的百分含量进行测定。发现铁陨石的主要成分是Fe元素,也存在大量的Ni、Co、Ba元素,Fe2O3的百分含量占80%以上;岩石的主要成分是Si、Mg、Ca,化合物SiO2的含量占45%以上。岩石与铁陨石有很多共同的元素,如Mg、Al、Mn、Ca、Cu、Zn等,二者都含有丰富的稀土元素,其中包括Sc、Sm、Eu、Gd、Dy、Ho等,具有很高的研究价值。对该方法进行加标回收实验,回收率在92%~109%之间。
The sample was dissolved by microwave digestion using nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid as a mixed reagent.The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to compare the elements of three kinds of iron meteorites and two kinds of rocks.Determination of the percentage of elements such as Si in the sample by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF).It was found that the main component of iron meteorite was Fe element,and there were also a large number of Ni,Co and Ba elements.The percentage of Fe2O3 accounts for more than 80%.The main components of rock were Si,Mg,Ca,and the content of the compound SiO2 accounts for more than 45%.Rocks and iron meteorites have many common elements,such as Mg,Al,Mn,Ca,Cu,Zn,etc.Both of which were rich in rare earth elements,including Sc,Sm,Eu,Gd,Dy,Ho,etc.Which were of high research value.This method was tested by standard recovery experiment,and the recovery rate was between 92%and 109%.
