摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法和石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,对甜藤蛋糕中微量元素Fe、Zn、Cu和Mn的含量进行测定,得出Fe、Zn、Cu和Mn的高含量分别为:Fe:30.710 mg/kg,Zn:7.016 mg/kg,Cu:0.499 mg/kg,Mn:8.86 mg/kg。各微量元素含量测定结果的相对标准偏差RSD值在1%至2%之间,测定结果准确可靠。结果表明甜藤蛋糕中微量元素的含量会随着甜藤汁增加而增加。
In this paper,the contents of Fe、Zn、Cu and Mn in the paederia scandens cakes were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS)and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS).The highest contents of iron,zinc,copper and manganese are Fe:30.710 mg/kg,Zn:7.016 mg/kg,Cu:0.499 mg/kg and Mn:8.860 mg/kg,respectively.The RSD values of the four trace elements in this experiment were between 1%and 2%,and the determination results are accurate and reliable.The results show that the content of trace elements in paederial scandens cake increases with the increase of paederial scandens juice.
