摘要
采用HNO3-HF-HCl酸消解体系,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法采用径向观测模式,结合双边校正方式校正光谱干扰,改善方法的检出限和精密度。铜镍铬校准曲线r>0.999,检出限在0.1~0.5μg/g,RSD为0.11%~3.34%,该方法用GSS-13标准样品验证,各元素的测定值与标准值吻合,该方法值得推广。
Establish the new method to determine Cu Ni Cr elements in environmental soil samples by microwave digestion-ICP-OES.The detection limit and precision of the ICP-OES method were improved by using radial observation mode and two-sided correction method.The calibration curve r>0.999,the detection limit was 0.1~0.5μg/g and RSD was 0.11%~3.34%under three measurements,Using the microwave digestion-ICP-OES method to analysis the national standard soil samples of GSS-13,the determination of the value of each element is consistent with the standard value.This method is worth popularizing.
