摘要
低温甲醇洗工艺在脱除粗煤气杂质的过程中,因为现存的问题可能会导致该系统被迫停车,造成重大经济损失及安全事故。本文结合现有低温甲醇洗工艺运行实际情况,逐步分析低温甲醇洗工艺原理,寻找低温甲醇洗在生产中暴露出的问题并进行物理化学分析,总结解决问题的方案。发现低温甲醇洗工艺运行时存在因未按要求干燥、甲醇-水精馏塔运行工况不稳定、换热器泄漏导致的甲醇中水含量高以及因高分子有机物和腐蚀物造成的装置堵塞的问题,并提出了相应的解决方案,包括p H检测、周期监测以及碱洗后水洗的操作。
In the process of removing impurities from raw gas in the Rectisol Process,the system may be forced to shut down due to the existing problems,resulting in economic losses.Combined with the operation of Rectisol Process and the principle of Rectisol Process,the problems exposed in the production of Rectisol were analyzed by physical and chemical methods,and the solutions were summarized.It is found that there are some problems in the operation of Rectisol Process,such as not drying as required,unstable operation condition of methanol water distillation column,high water content in methanol caused by leakage of heat exchanger,and device blockage caused by macromolecular organic matter and corrosion.Corresponding solutions are proposed,including p H detection,periodic monitoring and operation of water washing after alkali washing.
