摘要
以化工原理仿真实验中的恒压过滤测定实验为例,引入了正交实验法。学生们可以清楚地了解到正交实验设计法如何应用,如何以最少的实验次数,找到对实验结果影响最大的因素,以及最佳实验条件组合。通过此次实验,培养了学生的实践能力和实验数据分析能力。
Taking the constant pressure filtration experiment in chemical engineering principle simulation experiment as an example,the orthogonal experiment method was introduced.Students could clearly understand how to apply the orthogonal experimental design method and how to find the most influential factors and the best combination of experimental conditions with the least number of experiments.Through this experiment,students’practical ability and experimental data analysis ability can be cultivated.
