钒酸盐助剂对V2O5/TiO2系SCR再生脱硝催化剂性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以废旧商业锐钛矿型TiO2为载体,通过浸渍法制备了4种通过钒酸盐助剂(无水草酸、柠檬酸、氨水、水)再生的V2O5/TiO2催化剂,并考察不同钒酸盐助剂对4种再生脱硝催化剂的影响。分别对催化剂样品进行XRF、比表面积、孔容、孔径、脱硝效率表征。研究发现,不同的钒酸盐助剂对再生催化剂成品的比表面积、孔容、孔径等影响很小,但对成品的XRF和脱硝效率的影响较为明显,且柠檬酸对于V2O5/TiO2系SCR催化剂的再生具有更大的优势。 To waste commercial TiO2 anatase type as the carrier,was prepared by impregnation method of four different vanadate additives(anhydrous oxalic acid,citric acid,ammonia,water)in the regeneration of V2O5/TiO2 catalyst,and different vanadate fertilizer effect on 4 kinds of denitration catalyst regeneration.XRF,specific surface area of catalyst samples,entrance,aperture,denitration efficiency.Study found that different vanadate additives to the finished product of the specific surface area of catalyst used in regeneration,entrance,aperture effect is very small,but for the finished product of the XRF and denitration efficiency is relatively obvious,the influence of citric acid and for V2O5/TiO2 SCR catalyst regeneration has more advantages.
