摘要
针对传统化学方法测定厌氧消化出水中挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)存在的成本高、操作复杂、对设备要求高、难以在线监测等问题,本文基于微生物燃料电池(MFC)研究了利用微生物电化学库仑法测定厌氧消化出水中VFAs的可行性。结果表明,库伦密度与VFAs浓度的线性相关性极高(R^2>0.9998),测定过程中,VFAs在MFC中的库伦效率较高(>60%)、COD去除率较高(>50%)、pH及电导率环境稳定。由此可见微生物电化学库仑法在厌氧消化出水VFAs的测定中具有极大的应用潜力。
The determination of volatile fatty acids(VFAs)in anaerobic digested effluent by traditional chemical methods is expensive,complicated,highly demanding for equipment and difficult for on-line monitoring.Based on microbial fuel cell(MFC),the feasibility of using microbial electrochemical coulomb method to determine VFAs in anaerobic digestion effluent was studied.The results showed that the coulomb density had a very high linear correlation with the concentration of VFAs(R^2>0.9998),in the determination process,the coulombic efficiency of VFAs in MFC was relatively high(>60%),the COD removal rate was relatively high(>50%),pH and conductivity environment was stable.It can be seen that microbial electrochemical coulomb method has great application potential in the determination of VFAs in anaerobic digested effluent.
