石油化工行业大型液相导热油供热系统设计研究

Study on the Design of Large-scale Liquid Phase Heat Transfer Oil Heating System in Petrochemical Industry

导热油因其温度控制范围宽、载热温度高、压力低、传热效果好等诸多优点,已作为热媒广泛应用于石油化工行业,给炼厂生产装置及油品储罐作为热源加热用。随着炼厂规模的越来越大,导热油热媒供热系统也变得越来越庞大,本文结合作者实际项目经验就大型液相导热油供热系统设计以及设备、材料选型配置等方面的一些相关知识及技术问题进行了研究,以供同行业设计技术人员参考。

Heat transfer oil has been widely used as a heat medium in petrochemical industry for its advantages of wide temperature control range,high heat carrying temperature,low pressure and good heat transfer effect,which is used as a heat source for refinery production units and oil storage tanks.With the increasing scale of refineries,the heat medium heating system of heat conduction oil is becoming more and more huge.Based on the author's practical project experience,this paper studies some related knowledge and technical problems in the design of large-scale liquid-phase heat conduction oil heating system and the selection and configuration of equipment and materials,providing reference for designers and technicians in the same field.
