Exploration of the Teaching Team Construction of Chemical Engineering and Technology Specialty Based on the"Three Combinations"Strategy Under the New Engineering Background

教学团队是专业人才培养和建设的基石与载体。本文以银川能源学院化学工程与工艺专业教学团队建设为例,提出了“教学-科研-生产”能力相结合的“三结合”建设策略。并从存在的问题、建设目标、建设策略、建设措施等3方面进行论述,该策略旨在提高教学团队水平,服务于教学。

Teaching team is the cornerstone and carrier of professional personnel training and construction.This paper we put forward the construction strategy of"three combinations"which combines the ability of teaching,scientific research and production,taking the Construction of Teaching team of Chemical Engineering and Technology Specialty in Yinchuan Energy College as an example.This paper discusses from three aspects:construction goal,construction strategy and construction measure.The strategy aims to improve the teaching team level and serve the teaching.
