A Discussion on the First Battle Command in a Mall Fire

当前消防救援队伍基层指挥员素质参差不齐,基层训练多局限于比赛项目,实战化训练仅依靠训保支队组织,条件有限,频次较少,覆盖范围小。随着火灾形势越来越严峻,小火酿大灾的情况越来越多,提高基层指挥员初战控火的能力是当前急需解决的关键问题。本文通过分析初战控火中存在的不足,归纳总结控火要点、提炼解决关键问题的途径和方法,供广大消防指战员借鉴和参考。

At present,the quality of grassroots commanders of fire and rescue teams is uneven.Grassroots training is mostly limited to competition events,and actual combat training only relies on the organization of training and protection detachment,with limited conditions,less frequency and small coverage.As the fire situation becomes more and more serious,the situation that small fires lead to big disasters is more and more,improving the fire control ability of grassroots commanders in the first battle is the key problem that needs to be solved urgently at present.This paper,by analyzing the shortcomings of fire control in the first battle,summarizes the main points of fire control and distills the ways and methods to solve the key problems for the reference of the majority of fire control officers and soldiers.
