学校体育教师信息素养的培养策略研究

Research on the Cultivation Strategies of School Physical Education Teachers Information Literacy

在我国数字化进程快速推进的过程中,学校体育课程改革工作得到了不断的深入,能够有效地转变体育教师传统的教学理念与教学模式,使信息化教育得到更深入的发展,进而使学校体育教育更加满足我国现代教育快速发展的需求。然而在信息化快速发展的背景下,新媒体技术、大数据技术及云计算技术的广泛应用,对体育教师的教学工作提出了全新的挑战,教师只有在结合体育教学的过程中,提升自身的信息素养,才能更加有效地识别并应有信息技术,优化当前的体育教学体系。结合信息素养的理论内涵,探析体育教师信息素养培养要求及现状,提出相应的培养策略。

In the process of rapid advancement of digitalization in China,the reform of school physical education curriculum has been continuously deepened,which can effectively change the traditional teaching concepts and teaching models of physical education teachers,make information education develop further,and make the school physical education meet the needs of the rapid development of modern education in China.However,in the context of the rapid development of information technology,the widespread application of new media technology,big data technology and cloud computing technology has brought new challenges to the teaching work of physical education teachers.Only in the process of combining physical education teaching and improving their own information literacy can teachers identify and apply information technology more effectively and optimize the current physical education teaching system.Combined with the theoretical connotation of information literacy,this paper analyzes the cultivation requirements and status of physical education teachers information literacy,and proposes corresponding cultivation strategies.
