人疱疹病毒-6感染与造血干细胞移植的研究新进展

Advances in human herpesvirus-6 infection and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

人疱疹病毒(HHV)-6属于人β-疱疹病毒亚科玫瑰疹病毒属。部分患者在接受造血干细胞移植(HSCT)前后,可检测到血清HHV-6呈阳性。此类患者在接受HSCT治疗前,是否需要预防治疗,HHV-6感染是否可能导致移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)发生风险增高,以及治疗方案目前结论不一等问题,均为该领域目前研究的热点问题。为了加深对接受HSCT患者发生HHV-6感染的认识,笔者拟从HHV-6的分子学特性、流行病学特点,以及HSCT后患者HHV-6感染的临床表现、诊断及治疗等进行阐述。

Human herpesvirus(HHV)-6 is a member of the roseolovirus genus of the beta-herpesvirus subfamily of human herpesviruses.Some patients can be positive for HHV-6 before and after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT).Whether such patients require preventive treatment before HSCT,whether HHV-6 causes increased graft-versus-host disease(GVHD),and treatment options are currently inconclusive,and are hot topic of this research aera.In order to deepen the understanding of HHV-6 infection of patients undergone HSCT,this article introduces the aspects on molecular characteristics of HHV-6,epidemiology of HHV-6,and clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of HHV-6 infection after HSCT.
